Refund policy

  1. You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of purchase, as per Kuwait Consumer Protection Law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. Discounts and sales do not cancel your right to return or exchange. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost.
